Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – AMK - Projektsteuerung

For the replacement new construction of the Autobahnmeisterei Köln at Dürener Str. 462, 50858 Köln, the Contractor will undertake the project management, partial services from the project phase 1 & 2. The awarding of the further project phases 3 to 5 will occur optionally. Furthermore, the Contractor will oversee the overarching BIM management across all project phases, including the special requirements of construction in ongoing operations. The service includes the strategic organisation, management and quality assurance of the digital project execution as well as the guarantee of the defined BIM goals, processes and information requirements. The operational BIM coordination (model integration, collision checks, detail coordination) is not part of the service.
