The subject of the public procurement is the supply of specific medical devices and consumables for the Surgery Clinic at UMBAL "Sveti Anna" - Sofia AD, following a prior written request, in accordance with the specification attached to the participation documentation. The contract execution period is 24 (twenty-four) months, with periodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The delivery time is proposed by the participant in hours, but no longer than 24 hours from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority. The procedure covers 15 distinct items, which include sub-items. Offers may be submitted for one or more distinct items. Participation in a distinct item is comprehensive, with participants required to cover all sub-items contained in that distinct item. Participants who do not cover all sub-items in a given distinct item are excluded from participation in that distinct item. The participant submits only one offer, in accordance with the conditions set out in the participation documentation. The proposed medical devices and consumables must meet the parameters set out in the specification prepared by the Contracting Authority. Each participant must attach the following documents to their technical proposal, which are an integral part thereof: 1. A catalogue from the manufacturer of the proposed medical devices and consumables - the specific model/catalogue number/ must be indicated, from which it is evident that the proposed medical devices and consumables comply with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, as set out in the technical specification. 2. An authorization letter, valid on the date of submission of the offer, from the manufacturing company or its representative or authorized person, issued in the name of the participant, granting the participant the right to trade in their products. When the authorization letter is issued by a representative or authorized person of the manufacturer, a document from the manufacturer certifying the representative capacity of such persons/companies must also be presented.
