Poland – Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations – Usługa konserwacji oraz napraw urządzeń, instalacji wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych na rzecz 17 WOG Koszalin (3 zadania).

The subject of this contract is the provision of maintenance and repair services for ventilation and air conditioning equipment and installations for 17 WOG Koszalin, divided into 3 tasks: - Task No. 1 Grupa Zabezpieczenia Koszalin, - Task No. 2 Grupa Zabezpieczenia Kołobrzeg, - Task No. 3 Grupa Zabezpieczenia Darłowo. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the STWiOU, which is attachment No. 3 to this SWZ and the Contract Project - attachment No. 11 to the SWZ. 3. A contract will be signed for the contract. The Contract Project is an integral part of the specification of the contract conditions - attachment No. 11 to the SWZ. 4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor employ, under an employment contract, persons performing the following tasks: 1) Maintenance work on ventilation and air conditioning equipment and installations, 2) Maintenance work on electrical installations. 3) Tasks involving the replenishment of the refrigerant in the cooling system. 4) Performance of periodic measurements of equipment, in accordance with the applicable Polish Standard PN-HD 60364-6 Low-voltage electrical installations - verification. The manner of documenting the employment of persons and the rights of the Contracting Authority in the scope of control have been specified in the Contract Project (attachment No. 11 to the SWZ).
