The subject of the public procurement is the service consisting of the processing of project documentation for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new Senior Home in Český Krumlov. The subject of the public procurement consists in particular of the processing of: a) documentation for the removal of the building in accordance with Act No. 283/2021, the Building Act, as amended by later regulations (“Building Act”) and Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on building documentation, as amended by later regulations (“Decree on Building Documentation”), b) documentation for the intention permit in accordance with the Building Act and the Decree on Building Documentation, c) documentation for the purposes of processing further stages of project documentation within the public procurement realised by the Design & Build method, which will include in particular the book of rooms and standards (“white book”). The subject of the public procurement is further the service consisting of ensuring the related complex engineering activities, the service consisting of cooperation in the selection of the building contractor, the performance of the designer's supervision (author's supervision) during the construction and other related services.
