Austria – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – LK Horn – ÖBA-Leistungen für die Generalsanierung

Within the framework of the general renovation of the Landesklinikum Horn, the contract-related ÖBA services for all project parts of the "general renovation" are now required (see in detail Part C – Technical Annexes, in particular Part C2 – Project Description). The contract-related services of the local building supervision (ÖBA) are described in more detail in Part C2 – Model Contract by the Land NÖ (as of June 2022) (see also point 1.2 Part A – Conditions of Participation).
