Croatia – Miscellaneous computer equipment – Nabava računala putem operativnog leasinga

The subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement of IT equipment (computers, laptops and monitors) through operational leasing in accordance with the technical specifications and other required conditions specified in this procurement documentation. The bidder is obliged to offer the customer exclusively new and unused equipment. The bidder must provide, along with the bid, a special specification of the leasing repayment plan by month (repayment plan). A detailed description of the subject of procurement is defined in APPENDIX 2. Equipment specification and Cost Estimate – APPENDIX 3. of this Procurement Documentation. CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT IS REQUIRED The technical conditions and warranties that the equipment must meet are specified in APPENDIX 2. of this Procurement Documentation. Type of operational leasing: Operational leasing with residual value, without warranty The residual value is determined by the bidder as a percentage of the total offered procurement value, without VAT, for the subject of procurement in accordance with the technical specification of the subject of procurement in APPENDIX 2. of this Procurement Documentation. Period for which operational leasing is required: 60 months. The application of the bidder's general terms of business is excluded. Bidders are obliged to state the procurement prices of the equipment in the Cost Estimate – APPENDIX 3. without VAT and without reduction for residual value. The offered procurement price, without VAT, reduced by the residual value, forms the basis for forming the price of operational leasing. During the duration of the leasing, users bear the costs related to the risks of failure or damage to the equipment only after signing the acceptance certificate. The customer will insure the equipment received under leasing against the risk of breakdown with extended warranty (all risk) for the entire duration of the leasing.
