This contract aims to define the preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical smoke extraction systems at the sites of the City of Nancy and the CCAS of the City of Nancy. Lot 4, having reached its maximum, must be relaunched. This "composite" contract sets out all the conditions for the performance of the services. It corresponds in part to an ordinary contract and in part to a framework agreement with purchase orders. The "ordinary contract" part concerns the following services: Annual preventive maintenance. The "framework agreement with purchase orders" part concerns the following services: Corrective maintenance. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is 80,000 euros excl. VAT.
