A Technical Specification has been prepared, available in the buyer's profile of Lesichovo Municipality, and participants should prepare their offers in accordance with it.

1. General Requirements

The subject of this technical specification is the delivery of a new, unused light commercial vehicle – a high-passage (4x4) pickup truck, intended for use in activities related to the prevention and response to disasters, fires, and emergency situations. The vehicle should be structurally suitable for the subsequent installation of specialized equipment – a set for rapid fire extinguishing.

2. Minimum Technical Requirements

The minimum technical characteristics indicated are determined in accordance with the operational needs of the beneficiary, conditioned by the use of the vehicle in mountainous terrain, heavy winter conditions, transportation of goods, and towing of a trailer, in accordance with the needs of Lesichovo Municipality and the activities of Voluntary Formation - Lesichovo.
