The present contract has as its object the provision of security, surveillance and maintenance services for the security system to protect the building of the shared headquarters of the Biblioteca de Andalucía and the Biblioteca Provincial de Granada, located at Calle Profesor Sainz Cantero, no. 6, in Granada, and the maintenance of the security system of the building housing the administrative unit of the Centro de Documentación Musical de Andalucía, dependent on the Biblioteca de Andalucía, located at C/ Carrera del Darro, 29, in Granada, against intrusion and security risks arising therefrom, guaranteeing the safety of persons, the proper custody and preservation of the bibliographic and documentary holdings of both Libraries and the Documentation Centre, during its validity, under the conditions established in the Technical Specifications Document and in the Particular Administrative Provisions Document.
