Netherlands – Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment – Huur van afvalinzamelingsvoertuigen

The present procurement aims to establish a framework agreement with more than one contractor. When the need arises for the rental of collection vehicles, the contracting authority will initiate a request for quotation and proceed with a mini-competition process. The maximum duration of the agreement is 4 years, consisting of 2 years firm, with 2 options to extend for one year each. The estimated contract value is approximately €150,000,- per year, excluding VAT. The spend of previous years has been reviewed and an average has been taken from it.
