France – Engineering services – Accord-cadre Maîtrise d'Oeuvre Travaux (MOETx) - 2 lots (Multi métiers et OA)

This contract concerns the provision of Works Design Services for railway infrastructure and systems projects aimed at regenerating, modernising and developing the national rail network, carried out by SNCF Réseau. These design services relate to: • Either new lines, or lines closed to rail traffic, according to the specifications of the reference document "Works on infrastructure in sector-site mode of a line closed for RFN works in the absence of a contiguous operated track" (S9A3); • Or the national rail network operated according to the specifications of the reference document "Preparation and execution of maintenance operations and works incompatible with train traffic on the RFN" (S9A1). For these operations, SNCF Réseau is the contracting authority (MA). The framework agreement is national, with subsequent contracts and divided into 2 lots detailed in this notice. Its duration is 2 firm years, and 1 renewal of 1 year. It is concluded without a minimum commitment, but with a maximum commitment detailed by lot in this notice.
