The subject of the present public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide preventive medical examinations and tests for employees at the TP of NOI - Pleven.

The type of preventive medical examinations and tests is determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Article 8 of Ordinance No. 3/28.02.1987 on mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Article 9 of Ordinance No. 7/15.08.2005 on minimum requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working with video display units and based on the analyses of the preventive medical examinations and tests conducted in 2025 in the NOI system and the proposal of the occupational health service. Preventive medical examinations are carried out for all employees of TP of NOI – Pleven by list composition. At the time of preparation of the technical specification, the forecast number of employees is 115 employees, of which 95 are women and 20 are men. This is the maximum number of employees subject to preventive medical examinations, with the contracting authority not committing to a specific number of employees who will be examined. The information about the employees is of a variable nature in terms of number and gender.
