Poland – Repair and maintenance services of audio-visual and optical equipment – Serwisowanie i konserwacja systemów zabezpieczenia technicznego zainstalowanych w obiektach Policji województwa lubelskiego

The subject of the contract is the servicing and maintenance of technical security systems, namely access control, fire protection, CCTV, ventilation systems, as well as gates and barriers installed in the facilities of the Lublin Voivodeship Police. 2. The detailed scope of the services is specified in Annexes No. 1.1 – 1.7 (price forms) and in the contract template, which are Annexes to the SWZ. 3. The contract execution period is 36 months from the date of contract signature, with the following provisions: a) The first scheduled maintenance service is planned for November and December 2026. The contracting authority expects the maintenance service to last 18 (November) or 20 (December) working days (for the completion of all tasks specified in the contract in all facilities of the Lublin Voivodeship Police). If, for reasons beyond the control of the contracting authority, the contract is signed after the scheduled date for the first maintenance service, this date will be adjusted accordingly, guaranteeing 18 or 20 working days for the completion of the first maintenance service from the date of contract signature. b) The second scheduled maintenance service is planned for April and May 2027 and similarly in subsequent years.
