The contracting authority has a need for the ongoing maintenance of move-out apartments with a B-maintenance arrangement. A B-maintenance arrangement means that the work is carried out while a tenant is living in the apartment. The work is carried out in connection with the move-out and preparation of apartments for new occupants. The contract is of a framework nature and includes the following areas of expertise: • Floor work • Painting work • Cleaning work

The contracting authority estimates approximately 1,500 move-out apartments per year that need to be maintained. The number of rental units that need to be maintained is based on historical data, so these may vary in the coming years.
