Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026-24 - Aflibercept (ATC: S01LA05; Wirkstärke: 40 mg/ml)

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Aflibercept (ATC: S01LA05; strength: 40 mg/ml). The contract will be concluded as part of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, and uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 12 months, beginning on 01.08.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.07.2027, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. The contract can be extended by 12 months.
