The service consists of providing operational, methodological and documentary support to the RSSI in managing cybersecurity, risk management, project support, audit follow-up, incident management and staff awareness, in line with the policies and requirements of the ENGIE Group. The service provider operates under the supervision of the RSSI and in coordination with the internal teams (IT, OT, Data, Business).
