The subject of the procurement is the provision of managed services (Managed Services) along with the development of the Electronic Application System. The procurement includes application maintenance, hosting services, security provision, data migration, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BC), and monitoring in accordance with the conditions described in the Subject of Procurement Description, through the performance of, in particular, the services of: 1) System Maintenance; 2) System Development; 3) Technical Assistance. 2. Detailed information regarding the description, scope, and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the procurement is specified in the “Subject of Procurement Description (OPZ)” being Annex 2 to the SWZ and the “Draft Contract Clauses, which will be introduced into the content of the concluded contract (PPU)” being Annex 3 to the SWZ.
