Finland – Water transport services – Yhteysalusliikennepalvelu, Utön ja Nauvo eteläisen reittialue

Southwest Finland Emergency Services invites service providers to submit their applications to participate in this procurement. The subject of the procurement is a year-round ferry service between Utö and Nauvo in the southern route area. The preliminary duration of the contract is 15 years. The preliminary content of the service is described in the procurement documents, which are attached to the procurement notice. The procurement will be implemented using the innovation partnership in accordance with Section 38 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). All candidates who have submitted an application for participation in accordance with the application for participation and who have demonstrated that they meet the suitability requirements will be selected for the procurement procedure. The suitability requirements are set out in the ESPD form. Candidates must submit statements regarding the suitability requirements as part of the application for participation to the extent that the contracting entity does not receive the information from the free electronic database. PROCUREMENT PRESENTATION EVENT The procurement presentation event will be held on 11.3.2026 from 9:00 to 10:30 via Microsoft Teams. The event is aimed at companies providing maritime transport services and, for example, suppliers of technology related to maritime transport, who could act as partners for the bidders during the procurement process and development phase. The event will present the contracting entity's objectives and the procurement process, and will discuss what is expected of the candidates/bidders at the different stages of the process.
