Netherlands – Accounting, auditing and fiscal services – Accountantsdiensten

The scope of this tender mainly involves the provision of accounting services for HZ University of Applied Sciences. The service provision focuses on both the certifying and the advisory functions of the accountant (see definition list) and also includes the natural advisory function that belongs to the execution of the accounting tasks. Within the scope of the Contract, the following, non-exhaustively listed, tasks are to be carried out: 1. The audit of the annual accounts of Stichting HZ University of Applied Sciences, including the audit of the Wet normering topinkomens (WNT); o Products to be delivered: provision of audit reports, accountant's reports, management letters and other reports resulting from the audit tasks 2. The audit of the funding data; o Products to be delivered: assurance report 3. The provision of requested and unsolicited advice within the frameworks of the natural advisory function. Approximately 95,000 euros per year, excluding VAT and excluding optional service provision. Optional service provision concerns a maximum of €40,000 per year. There is no obligation to purchase this.
