Supervision of works for the construction of a media library within an existing new building in the Vieux Lille district of Lille. ⯈ The project, known as « Maracci », is located on the historic site of the founding work of the Congregation of the Filles de l'Enfants Jésus for the education of children in distress. The plot on which the future programme will be located is at the corner of Maracci and Saint Sébastien streets in the Vieux Lille district. It aims to transform this site into a place of life, in a context of social mixity, oriented towards people in fragility through attentive neighbourhood and innovative associative initiatives. It will include a diversity of reception forms: 1. Housing: social and intergenerational mixity; 2. Public facilities of the city; 3. Activity spaces around solidarity and health. Within this mixed programme, the city of Lille wishes to acquire a gross area to install a public facility: the future media library of Vieux Lille, replacing the media library currently located at Place Louise de Bettignies. ⯈ Programme elements Media Library: 1. Elements on simple ground floor with public access at the corner of Maracci and Saint Sébastien streets; 2. Direct link between the -1st floor (parking spaces dedicated to the public facility) and the ground floor to facilitate daily access to documents; 3. Dedicated outdoor spaces in the form of a terrace or protected garden only accessible from the facility. ⯈ Preliminary financial envelope for works: 2,100,000.00 Euros HT (work cost value May 2025). This is the preliminary financial envelope for works determined by the Contracting Authority before the launch of the call for tender. This envelope does not represent the estimated cost of construction, which is defined by the Contractor. ⯈ Total useful area of the programme: 967 m². ⯈ Supervision mission covers the following category of works: Supervision of new building construction in accordance with Article R.2431-3 4° of the Public Procurement Code. The mission includes the basic missions in accordance with Article R.2431-1 of the Public Procurement Code: ESQ+ / APS / APD / PRO / ACT / VISA / DET / AOR. As well as additional missions: synthesis (SYN); and furniture and specific equipment layout (MOB).
