IT services will be awarded successively in six lots. The present notice concerns only the services for Lot 2 - Maintenance and development of the central GEO specialist applications for the Hessian agricultural promotion. Essential components are the area management (FIG) as a legally binding reference system, the satellite-based area monitoring (AMS) for the automated control of funding applications, as well as mobile applications for farmers (HeLaWi-App) and inspection services (HeKTAR). The service provider is responsible for the integration of geodata, the analysis of satellite images, and the ensuring of the EU compliance and technical future-proofing of the systems. All services are to be provided on the basis of a framework agreement and are therefore to be provided only upon separate call-off/individual order.
