France – Ambulance services – TRANSPORT SANITAIRE PAR AMBULANCE ET EN VSL POUR LES BESOINS DU CHU DE GUYANE

This concerns the medical transport of patients in accordance with the provisions of the Public Health Code, the Social Security Code and the regulations in force for professionalised seated, lying and conventional taxi transport, the financial responsibility for which falls to the CHU de Guyane. The contract covers all medical transport services in accordance with Article 80 of the Social Security Finance Act for 2017 and managed by the CHU's establishments. The contractor must implement all necessary means for the proper execution of the following services (non-exhaustive list): - "Inter-establishment" transport, i.e. the transport of hospitalised patients from the CHOG, CHC and CHK to another legal hospital entity, with or without a return; - Transport of a hospitalised patient to their home as part of a leave of absence of less than 48 hours, as well as their return to the establishment; - Temporary transport of hospitalised patients for the provision of a service outside the establishment (e.g. in a local practice), outside the communes of Saint Laurent du Maroni, Kourou, Cayenne, with the exception of transfers for the provision of a radiotherapy session in a liberal practice or a health centre.
