Germany – Washing and dry-cleaning services – Rahmenvertrag über die Bereitstellung, Instandhaltung und Pflege von Arbeitssicherheits- und Warnschutzkleidung

The ESTW intend to award the necessary tasks for the continuous, timely, and technically flawless provision of approved and suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) for their staff (approx. 340 employees) within the contract period (5 years from the date of award). This includes the following services:

• Delivery of compliant, functional, and durable workwear,

• Provision of a comprehensive service package (adjustment, care, cleaning, repair, maintenance, exchange, size exchange, inspection, locker service, etc.) to maintain protective properties,

• Provision of an online portal/online access for the ESTW and the wearers of the workwear,

• Care, cleaning, and locker service for workwear already present at the ESTW (approx. 110 items) based on actual expenditure (repair, maintenance, tracking, etc.),

• Ensuring a demand-driven supply throughout the entire contract period,

• Provision of suitable locker systems with adequate capacity,

• Consideration of ecological and sustainable aspects in materials and services.
