Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Sozialer Zusammenhalt II - an der Steinhauser Straße - Multifunktionshalle

At the heart of the urban development area "an der Steinhauser Straße", a multifunctional hall with outdoor area is to be realised. The site, on which the construction project is to be developed, is approximately 1,700m² in size. Currently, there is a gymnasium from the 1970s on the project site; funding is being applied for to demolish this, and following demolition, construction of the new multifunctional hall, including landscaping of the immediate surroundings, will begin. Initially, only phases 1-3 of the services will be procured (implementation by 08/2027); following confirmation of the grant funding, phases 4-9 of the services will be procured in the 2nd phase (implementation in 2028).
