Bulgaria – Construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines – Строително-монтажни работи за реконструкция и ново изграждане на въздушни и кабелни мрежи ниско напрежение с изнасяне на електромерни табла на имотна граница, на територията на област Благоевград и област Враца, реф. РРС 26-043

The subject of the public procurement is divided into 2 (two) separate lots, as follows:

Lot No. 1: "Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage overhead and cable networks with the installation of electricity meters at the property boundary, in the area of Blagoevgrad Region"

Lot No. 2: "Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage overhead and cable networks with the installation of electricity meters at the property boundary, in the area of Vratsa Region"

Each candidate/participant may participate in all separate lots (one or more separate lots, up to the maximum number of separate lots under the subject of the procurement) provided that they meet the requirements of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), the Rules for the Implementation of the ZOP (PPZOP) and the requirements of the Contracting Authority, including the selection criteria specified in the notice and the present documentation. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of separate lots that may be awarded to a single contractor. The examination and evaluation of the tenders, the classification of the participants and the determination of the Contractor shall be carried out in accordance with the ZOP, PPZOP and the present documentation. The award criterion for the present public procurement in determining the most economically advantageous tender is "lowest price". The classification of participants is carried out for each separate lot separately. The contract period for each separate lot is 24 (twenty-four) months, from the date on which it is signed or until the maximum contract value is reached, whichever occurs first. The category of the constructions falling within the scope of each separate lot of the present public procurement is third, pursuant to Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 3, Letters b) and j) of the Spatial Development Act. The group of constructions falling within the scope of each of the separate lots of the present public procurement is third – energy infrastructure constructions, pursuant to Article 5, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Rules for the Procedure for Registration and Maintenance of the Central Professional Register of Builders (PRVVCPRS).
