The subject of the tender is the award of a service concession for the takeover of the lease for the operation of the Kursaal-Gastronomie and the takeover of the Kursaal-Catering with operating rights or with the option of exclusive operating rights in the Kursaal building in the city of Bad Ems (excluding the premises of the casino in the Kursaal building).
