Delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty service of medical equipment by separate positions. Pursuant to Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, due to lack of secured financing at the time of opening the procedure, the Contracting Authority makes the execution of the contract subject to a condition. The execution begins after confirmation from the Contracting Authority of secured financing and submission by the Contractor of the required performance guarantee. If the performance guarantee is not submitted within the time limit set by the Contracting Authority, without the presence of objective reasons, the contract is terminated. When, after the expiry of a 3-month period from the conclusion of the contract, financing is not secured, each of the parties may request its termination without notice. When, after the expiry of a 10-month period from the conclusion of the contract, financing is not secured, the contract is considered terminated.
