Poland – Transport equipment and auxiliary products to transportation – Wodny EKOmisariat - dostawa fabrycznie nowego sprzętu transportowego dla Komisariatu Wodnego KWP w Szczecinie

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of new factory equipment for the Waterway Commission KWP in Szczecin with the possibility of increasing the quantity of the ordered equipment under the option right. 2. Scope of the contract divided into parts: Part No. 1: Delivery of 2 new factory-marked water scooters with trailers with the possibility of increasing the quantity of ordered water scooters with trailers under the option right by a maximum of 2 units. The purchaser requires that the equipment purchased under the option be identical to the basic equipment (guaranteed). Part No. 2: Delivery of 2 new factory-marked water scooters with trailers with the possibility of increasing the quantity of ordered water scooters with trailers under the option right by a maximum of 2 units. The purchaser requires that the equipment purchased under the option be identical to the basic equipment (guaranteed). The purchaser allows offers to be submitted for all parts. 3. The scope, size, quantity and detailed requirements regarding the contract have been specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, which is respectively for parts Annex No. 8.1-8.2 to SWZ. 4. Detailed requirements regarding the receipt, warranty and payment conditions of the subject of the contract have been specified in the provisions of the contract, which are respectively for parts Annex No. 6.1-6.2 to SWZ. 5. The purchaser requires the Contractor to provide in the offer, in addition to the price, for part 1: - brand, model, version and year of production of the water scooter; - brand, model and year of production of the trailer; - engine displacement (in cm³); - maximum net engine power (in KW); - engine constant speed control system; - warranty without engine hour limit for mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the water scooter; - warranty for the entire structure, marking and privileges of the water scooter; - warranty for the entire additional equipment of the water scooter; - warranty for the trailer, for part 2: - brand, model, version and year of production of the water scooter; - brand, model and year of production of the trailer; - engine displacement (in cm³); - maximum net engine power (in KW); - warranty without engine hour limit for mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the water scooter; - warranty for the entire structure, marking and privileges of the water scooter; - warranty for the entire additional equipment of the water scooter; - warranty for the trailer. 6. The purchaser requires that the delivered transport equipment 2 marked water scooters with trailers under part No. 1, 2 marked water scooters with trailers under part No. 2 under the contract be new factory, produced in 2026, free from technical and legal defects, approved for circulation, to which third parties have no right and which is not the subject of any proceedings and security. 7. The purchaser requires the Contractor to indicate the authorized service stations (name and address) for the proposed transport equipment in Poland – list attached to the offer, may be prepared by the Contractor as a separate document. 8. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract for parts No. 1 and 2 by own transport to the Transport Department KWP in Szczecin ul. Wernyhory 5, on weekdays from 8.00 – 15.00.
