Poland – Systems support services – Utrzymanie i rozwój informatyczny systemu zarządzania budżetami jednostek samorządu terytorialnego - BeSTi@ i SJO BeSTi@, oraz BeSTi@ API i BeSTi@ Subwencje

The subject of the contract is: a) maintenance and development of the BeSTi@ system – management of the budgets of local government units along with the BeSTi@ API components (frontend, backend and portal www.finansejst.mf.gov.pl) and BeSTi@ Subsidies b) maintenance and development of the SJO BeSTi@ system – management of the budgets of local government units – reporting of organizational units 1) within the basic contract: 1) provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of Services ensuring the maintenance of two IT systems in the scope of technical assistance: a) the BeSTi@ System built within the project Phare 2002/000.580.01.09 Public Financial Management, component B „System for managing the budgets of local government units”; b) the SJO BeSTi@ System built within the project Transition Facility 2006/018- 180.01-04 „System for managing the budgets of local government units – reporting of organizational units”. 2) within the option right: 1) provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority for a period of the next 12 months of Services ensuring the maintenance of two IT systems in the scope of technical assistance: a) the BeSTi@ System built within the project Phare 2002/000.580.01.09 Public Financial Management, component B „System for managing the budgets of local government units”; b) the SJO BeSTi@ System built within the project Transition Facility 2006/018- 180.01-04 „System for managing the budgets of local government units – reporting of organizational units”; 2) provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of Development Services of two IT systems for a period of 24 months in the scope of introducing adjustments/changes in the Systems exchanging data between each other: a) the BeSTi@ System built within the project Phare 2002/000.580.01.09 Public Financial Management, component B „System for managing the budgets of local government units”; b) the SJO BeSTi@ System built within the project Transition Facility 2006/018- 180.01-04 „System for managing the budgets of local government units – reporting of organizational units”; 3) extension of the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of Development Services of two IT systems for a period of the next 12 months in the scope of introducing adjustments/changes in the Systems exchanging data between each other: a) the BeSTi@ System built within the project Phare 2002/000.580.01.09 Public Financial Management, component B „System for managing the budgets of local government units; b) the SJO BeSTi@ System built within the project Transition Facility 2006/018- 180.01-04 „System for managing the budgets of local government units – reporting of organizational units”. 4) implementation of the task involving the introduction of a mechanism enabling the enforcement of the update of the application version of SJO BeSTi@ – Task ZAD1; 5) implementation of the task involving the introduction of mechanisms ensuring the correctness and verification of the identification data of JST/JO in the scope of the REGON number – Task ZAD2. 2.
