France – Database and operating software package – Achat d’un Service Saas de veille fiscale internationale et de calculs (PILIER 2)

Pillar 2 is a legal obligation stemming from the work of the OECD, incorporated into a European directive adopted in December 2022 and transposed into French law in December 2023. The company will be required, as of 2026, to publish a Country by Country reporting - CbCR (publication of financial data by country contributing to tax transparency) which will also be used to calculate the safeguard clauses of the Pillar 2 obligation. EDF SA issues this contract notice on its own behalf and for its own account.
