Poland – Pharmaceutical products – Dostawa Płynów infuzyjnych w Grupach 1-5 dla Pałuckiego Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o. w Żninie

The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of Infusion fluids in the following groups: 1-5:

Group 1 – Infusion fluids and irrigation fluids

Group 2 – Infusion fluids

Group 3 – Infusion fluids and irrigation fluids

Group 4 – Enteral nutrition fluids and additives for infusion fluids

Group 5 – Kit for the needs of renal replacement therapy for Pałuckie Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o., for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

2. The contracting authority allows the submission of tenders for the selected Group or Groups (1 - 5). Offers in the individual groups must be complete - full. The contracting authority does not allow the absence of any item in the assortment. 3. The detailed description of the needs of the contracting authority, i.e. the type, quantity of the assortment and the size of the packaging of the medicines in the individual Groups, is contained in the Product and Price Form - Annex 2 to SWZ.
