The procurement includes the acquisition, establishment, and subsequent service, i.e. application operation, support, and maintenance, of a joint SRO/SCADA system for Ordregivers 20 supply plants, as well as physical replacement of electrical equipment at 12 plants. The delivery is carried out as a total enterprise consisting of system, application operation, and physical replacement. The procurement also includes time-based consulting services throughout the contract period. The aim is to establish a uniform and operationally stable platform for monitoring, control, and regulation within electricity, water, heat, and facility management, and to ensure access to reliable operational data. The overall solution must cover the following supply areas:

•The water area, including three waterworks, two source locations with 13 extraction boreholes and 11 section wells or houses.

•The electricity area, including five transformer stations.

•The heat area, including seven heat plants, three pump or booster stations, and ten network measurement points.

•The facility area, including building management at GEV’s headquarters. The environment also includes 30 Siemens PLCs, 15 Schneider Electric PLCs, and other automation equipment. The system delivery includes the establishment and commissioning of the joint SRO/SCADA system with necessary programs, licenses, and components. The system is established on GEV’s IT infrastructure and connected to the relevant plants and systems. The existing PLC and automation systems must be integrated with the new joint SRO/SCADA platform. For designated plants, the existing physical TAG marking is retained, even if it deviates from GEV's TAG standard. The solution must in these cases support unique mapping between the physical TAG marking and the corresponding TAG-IDs in the solution. The service delivery includes application operation of the SRO/SCADA application, monitoring, support, maintenance, error correction, updates, and further development. The delivery also includes necessary training and documentation. For 12 plants, the delivery includes dismantling and disposal of existing components, as well as replacement or establishment of, among other things, panels, PLCs, connections, UPS systems, and frequency converters. Affected documentation, including signal lists and technical diagrams, must be updated. The delivery is carried out in stages per plant and includes clarification, establishment, training, documentation, installation, testing, and commissioning. The supplier must ensure that the system, service, and physical work together form a functional solution. GEV Holding A/S carries out the procurement on behalf of the following affiliated companies: Grindsted Elnet A/S, GEV Varme A/S, and GEV Vand A/S. Applicants must complete the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) in the procurement system with the required information when applying.
