The present consultation aims to select the contractor for the public service delegation contract in the form of a lease for sanitation within the perimeter as specified in Article 2 of the tender specifications and under the conditions as defined in Article 5 of the tender specifications. The public service concession contract will take effect - after a decision by the Metropolitan Council authorising the President to sign the contract - from 1 July 2027 to end on 30 June 2041, a duration of 14 years. The purpose of the contract is the operation of the public sanitation service: for the collection of wastewater within the geographical area of the communes of Hyères-les-Palmiers (including the islands), Carqueiranne, Le Pradet and Toulon-Est; for the treatment of wastewater: sewage treatment plants Amphora (La Garde), Almanarre, Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Les Borrels (Hyères); for the control of the proper functioning of non-collective sanitation devices within the same geographical area as the collection service.
