Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) - Delivery of medical devices according to the initially planned range / part of the participation documentation / with the specified nature of the medical devices, as well as the specified forecast quantity. The initially planned range can be partially changed, as well as new medical devices can be added in the course of the dynamic system. The quantities are indicative. The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase the quantities specified in the range. Approved candidates, upon invitation, may submit an offer for one or more units, as well as may not submit an offer. The DPS functions in two stages: First stage - collection of applications for participation and Second stage - collection of offers upon specific invitations. The review of the initial applications for participation will be carried out within a period of up to 15 working days from the deadline for submission of applications. An invitation for a specific order will not be announced until all applications have been reviewed. Offers will be classified by a programme, which will be accessible and free of charge.
