The framework agreement is for orders by purchase card 3 on an electronic catalogue, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2325-1 of the Public Procurement Code and according to the modalities specified in II.2.2. In accordance with Article R. 2362-9 of the Public Procurement Code, the tenders must include an electronic catalogue under the conditions set by the buyer. They may be accompanied by other documents that complement them. The procedure is a restricted procedure. This publication concerns only a call for applications.
