Czechia – Repair and maintenance services for pumps, valves, taps and metal containers and machinery – RÁMCOVÁ DOHODA – ZAJIŠTĚNÍ NATĚRAČSKÝCH A VÝŠKOVÝCH PRACÍ V OBLASTI LOGICKÉHO CELKU STROJOVNA, LOGICKÉHO CELKU VENKOVNÍ OBJEKTY A LOGICKÉHO CELKU STAVBA JADERNÉ ELEKTRÁRNY TEMELÍN

The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, the content of which will be the framework conditions for ensuring height and coating works in the logical unit „Power Plant“, logical unit „External Objects“ and logical unit „Building“ at the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant. The subject of the individual Sectional Contracts concluded on the basis of the Framework Agreement is the Supplier's obligation to ensure, at its own expense and risk, the performance of the scope of work required by the Customer, consisting in particular of the following activities:

- coating works on the technology of the nuclear power plant, such as, but not exclusively:

* protective coatings of pipelines, fittings, pumps and motors against corrosion, thermal influences and chemical substances

* protective coatings of fans, coolers and other equipment

* protective coatings of electrical distribution systems, cable routes and distribution cabinets

* protective coatings on tanks and reservoirs of fuel, water and chemicals

- coatings of technological surfaces and protective covers of technology, such as, but not exclusively:

* protective, special and chemically resistant coatings of walls, floors and ceilings and roofs/roofing structures in technological halls and other spaces of the nuclear power plant

* coatings and maintenance of building facades and technological objects

* maintenance and coatings of chimneys, exhaust systems and cooling towers

- coatings of structures, ladders and platforms of the nuclear power plant, such as, but not exclusively:

* protective and fireproof coatings and coatings on supporting structures, platforms and staircases

* protective coatings and maintenance of access ladders, platforms and other access routes

* coatings of concrete structures that are part of the technology

- works related to cleaning, treating and finishing surfaces and protecting technology, technological surfaces and structures, such as, but not exclusively:

* chipping, grinding, filling, removing old layers of coatings mechanically or chemically

- carrying out works at heights and over free depth using personal protective equipment against falls and carrying out works at heights and over free depth using climbing techniques, such as, but not exclusively:

* coating, painting and other minor construction, mechanical and electrical works and activities related to the maintenance of the logical units of the nuclear power plant, which require, in particular, compliance with strict safety measures and the provision of proper equipment (use of special protective equipment that minimizes the risk of injury and ensures the safety of all workers) and training of workers.

The above activities include, but are not limited to:

- minor assembly and disassembly works, assembly and disassembly of auxiliary structures

- surface preparation, renovation, coatings and other masonry height works,

- height works within mechanical maintenance and repair of technology, technological surfaces and structures,

- height works within electrical installations and works on poles,

- other works and activities related to the maintenance of the logical units of the nuclear power plant, carried out at heights and over free depth, using personal protective equipment against falls and/or using climbing techniques

These are works exposing a natural person to an increased risk to life or health pursuant to Decree No. 591/2006 Coll., on more detailed minimum requirements for safety and health protection at workplaces, as amended, carried out in a special regime pursuant to Decree No. 362/2005 Coll., on more detailed requirements for safety and health protection at workplaces with a risk of falling from a height or into a depth, as amended, ensured by the Supplier in accordance with the technical standard ČEZ_TST_0070 Work at Heights in DJE, specified in the Binding Documentation for the Supplier, which the Customer is not able to ensure with its own employees (hereinafter also only „work at heights“).

- other related technical activities

* creation of technological procedures for the assembly/disassembly of auxiliary structures,

* preparation and reading of construction, technical and execution documentation for coatings,

* determination of work procedures, means and methods according to technical documentation,

* preparation of technical reports, protocols,

- any other activities related to the subject of this RD, related to the maintenance of the Operator's equipment included in the technological units, which are part of LC CS, LC CV and LC CT of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant.
