The Peter-Josef-Briefs School in Hochheim is being expanded with a new extension and the existing structure will be renovated later. A VgV procedure for the building and interior design was already conducted in 2020 for the renovation and expansion, and the planning services as well as the construction work for the extension have already begun (the shell is already standing). However, the existing contractual relationship has been terminated; therefore, currently, the following services are still outstanding in the scope of services for building and interior design according to § 34 Abs 3 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1: partial services of Lph. 6-7 for part of the new extension and Lph. 8-9 for a large part of the new extension. The renovation of the existing building will be tendered separately. As a special service, the integration into the documents, participation in the settlement of the grant funds including the preparation of the statement of use, the preparation of monthly status reports, optionally the preparation for and participation in moratorium meetings, the supervision of defect rectification and construction management according to § 59 HBO are required.
