Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of a specialist ambulance vehicle, Type C, along with additional equipment for the Medical Rescue Teams of the Bieszczadzki Emergency Medical Service, the Independent Public Health Care Institution in Sanok. Names and codes as defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 34114100-0 - Emergency vehicles (CPV): 34114121-3 - Ambulances. 2. A detailed description, scope, and size of the contract subject have been included in the form of required technical and user parameters, Annex 2 to the Specification of Contract Conditions. 3. The subject of the contract must meet the technical and quality characteristics specified in the Polish Standards transposing the harmonized European standards, i.e. in accordance with the current Polish Standard PN:EN 1789 and PN-EN 1865+A2 - or equivalent, and the required conditions of the base vehicle, medical superstructure. The equipped ambulance must be delivered to the premises of the Contracting Authority. Upon delivery, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with documents allowing for road traffic in accordance with the applicable regulations, as well as enabling the provision of medical services within the framework of the State Medical Rescue System. 4. The conditions for the implementation of the contract have been included in the contract template, which is an integral part of the SWZ. 5. If the Contractor finds that the trademarks, national standards, or European or international standards used in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ may indicate the manufacturers of the products or their source, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions in this respect. This means that the technical parameters of such indicated products specify the minimum quality expectations of the products required by the Contracting Authority to be used to perform the subject of the contract. Furthermore, in each case, the statement that a description or a feature of a described product, which may indicate the source or manufacturer, the Contractor is also entitled to use equivalent products, by which are meant those that have technical parameters no worse than those indicated in the SWZ and/or in the annexes to the SWZ.
