Netherlands – Data management services – Databeheer LMVW

Since 2018, the planning capacity in housing plans in the Netherlands has been inventoried. Housing and Spatial Planning (VRO) carries out this inventory together with the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG) and the Interprovincial Consultation (IPO). VRO uses the data from this inventory to work with provinces and municipalities on housing construction. The inventory is known as the National Housing Construction Progress Monitor (LMVW). For this inventory, all municipalities provide information about their housing plans to a national manager via the provinces at the planning level. Agreements have been made on this in a data protocol and in a basic set. The ambition is to unlock the current LMVW dataset more and to load data from existing data sources into the LMVW. This involves looking for a manager who will perform these tasks. Hence the tender for the management task. €1,000,000,-
