Netherlands – Building construction work – Ontwikkeling Tweebosbuurt Blok P2

The development of block P2 is part of the redevelopment of the Tweebosbuurt, which is part of the Stedenbouwkundig Plan Parkstad. Block P2 is located between the Putselaan, Tweebosstraat, De La Reystraat and a new street to be laid out called the Emily Hobhousestraat. The building block consists partly of a residential care complex and partly of owner-occupied homes. The care complex will be leased and operated by Humanitas. The ambition is to realise an innovative housing concept at this location that can facilitate connections between the care complex and the owner-occupied homes and (care) facilities on the ground floor.
