Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Umbau, Erweiterung und Sanierung der Europaschule Arnold-Zweig

The City of Pasewalk intends to tender the planning services for the renovation, expansion and refurbishment of the Arnold-Zweig Europa School in several lots. The following measures are to be implemented:

- Relocation of offices and teachers' rooms from the teaching building to create 4 additional classrooms of 50 m² each by means of a corridor extension on the north side of the west wing

- Creation of staff WC facilities in the new building

- Refurbishment of the students' WC facilities in the existing building

- Replacement of radiators in the existing building

- Façade refurbishment

- Roof refurbishment

- Renewal of window systems

- LED lighting, soundproofing, painting and floor covering work in the corridors, staircases and unsanitised specialist and classrooms

- Renewal of the usage-specific installations in the specialist rooms (e.g. gas supply to chemistry room)

- Two-storey new building with an auditorium of approximately 180 m² as well as further rooms for staff, school library and/or school social work
