Ireland – Architectural and related services – Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Design Team Services 2025 – Framework 03 for Non-Acute Healthcare Capital Works Projects Valued Between €1M and €15M (Excl. VAT) for HSE North East

This framework will include the following design team disciplines (Lots): Lot 1: Architect (AR) as Principal Service Provider, including specialist domestic sub-consultants or in-house specialisms in Planning (PL), Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Fire Safety Consultancy (FSC), and Building Information Management (BIM); Lot 2: Quantity Surveyor (QS) as Principal Service Provider; Lot 3: Building Services Engineer (M+E) as Principal Service Provider; Lot 4: Civil and Structural Engineer (C+S) as Principal Service Provider; Lot 5: Employer’s Representative (ER) as Principal Service Provider; Lot 6: Energy Efficient Design Facilitator (EEDF) as Principal Service Provider; and Lot 7: Assigned Certifier (AC) as Principal Service Provider. The Health Services Executive (HSE) invites expressions of interest, under the Restricted Procedure, from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of design team services, including Specialist Skills Providers, in accordance with the above Lot structure, for the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for each Lot type to award call-off contracts for Non-Acute Healthcare Capital Works projects valued between €1M and €15M excl. VAT within the HSE North East Area. Please note that the indicative initial project forming Framework 03 Non-Acute for the regional Louth, Meath, Cavan and Monaghan North East Area will be the proposed new Adult Disability Respite Service at Swellan Lower, Cavan Town, Co. Cavan.
