This consultation concerns the overhaul of the Roads and Rivers Information System (SIR) of the Directorate of Mobility Infrastructure: road data management, river data management, field data entry, work programming - implementation, maintenance, assistance and associated services. The procurement procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is awarded under Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. It is awarded for a period of 4 years from the date of contract notification. Indicatively, the notification date is scheduled for around 25 November 2026. The minimum and maximum amounts for the duration of the framework agreement are set at: 115 000 euro(s) excl. VAT / 400 000 euro(s) excl. VAT
