Description

The service of site planning for external facilities is being tendered through a negotiated procedure with competitive participation for the award of architectural services for the planning of external facilities according to § 38 HOAI (Section 3, Part 2, Appendix 11) for phases 2 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). The tendered service is to plan and execute the external facilities at the current location of the sports hall for the new construction of a lecture hall building. The aim is to develop a functional, aesthetically pleasing and ecologically valuable site planning for external facilities that integrates the new building into the existing campus ensemble and sustainably enhances the park-like character of the property. For the scope of the planning, please refer to the published task description (file "0305-26 Aufgabenstellung Freianlagenplanung.pdf"). The service is suitable for landscape architects. Suitability is to be proven by registration with the Chamber of Architects or a comparable institution in the EU. The equivalence of another degree is to be proven. For the construction project, planning services with average requirements (comparable to the fee zone III) are required. A cost framework of 8,675,000 EUR gross (cost groups 200–700 according to DIN 276) is available for the entire project, and a budget of approximately 1,210,000 EUR gross is planned for cost group 500 and should be adhered to.
