The procurement of these products is intended to ensure the distribution of electrical energy to new consumers and to improve the quality of service for existing users. By purchasing prefabricated envelopes in accordance with specifications DG 2081 and DD-2302, Ordinance ANRE no. 36/28.02.2019 on the approval of the Methodology for evaluating the financing conditions of investments for the electrification of localities or for the extension of electricity distribution networks, as amended and supplemented; Ordinance ANRE no. 59/02.08.2013 for the approval of the Regulation on the connection of users to public interest electricity networks will be respected. Minimum and maximum estimated quantities of framework agreements: In accordance with the quantity annexes related to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. Minimum and maximum estimated quantities of subsequent contracts: In accordance with the quantity annexes related to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. Frequency of subsequent contracts to be awarded: In accordance with the award documentation, namely one subsequent contract per year. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract related to Lot 1 PREFABRICATED ENVELOPES EQUIPPED WITH 24 KV RMU ISOLATED IN AIR OR SF6 TYPE "MINIBOX REDUCED": 11,148,322.08 lei excl. VAT. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract related to Lot 2 PREFABRICATED ENVELOPES FOR 24KV CELLS ISOLATED IN AIR OR SF6 FOR ALTITUDES UP TO 1000 M ABOVE SEA LEVEL "MINIBOX": 4,093,677.12 lei excl. VAT. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a bidder is: 2. The contracting entity will clearly respond to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day, before the deadline set for the submission of participation requests, in accordance with art. 173 (1) of Law 99/2016, as amended. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of participation requests/offers: 19 days. The contracting entity reserves the right to transmit two consolidated responses for each stage in part, in accordance with the provisions of art. 172 (2) and art. 173 (1) of Law no. 99/2016, as follows: – a first consolidated response, transmitted no later than the 11th day before the initial deadline for submission of participation requests/offers; – a second consolidated response, transmitted no later than the 11th day before the modified deadline for submission of participation requests/offers, in the event that the deadline for submission of participation requests/offers is extended, under the conditions of art. 163 of Law no. 99/2016.
