The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and transfer for processing of waste originating from military units and institutions located in the area of competence of the local Regional Office in Szczecin:

1. Names and codes of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary

2. 90500000-2 – waste-related services, 90512000-9 – waste transport service

3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (DOS) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

4. The contract will be implemented in two parts: Description of the contract part: Part 1 Description of the contract part: Service of collection, transport and transfer for processing of waste with waste codes: 17 02 01 Part 2 Description of the contract part: Service of collection, transport and transfer for processing of waste with waste codes: 06 03 99, 15 01 02, 15 01 10*, 15 02 02*, 15 02 03, 16 01 07*, 16 01 19, 16 01 22, 16 01 99, 16 02 13*, 16 03 03*. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract within the following deadlines: Part 1 - 21 days from the date of signing the contract Part 2 - 40 days from the date of signing the contract
