Poland – Washing and dry-cleaning services – Świadczenie kompleksowych usług prania wraz z dzierżawą bielizny szpitalnej

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive laundry services along with the lease of: a) bed linen, b) children's bed linen, clothing and bedding, c) clothing, pyjamas, d) protective clothing such as aprons, blouses, trousers, dresses, e) pillows, duvets, f) mops and cloths, g) laundry and disinfection of other items: towels, mattresses/rehabilitation mattresses, rugs and blinds intended for water washing or chemical cleaning, as well as marking the items according to the RFID UHF system or equivalent, along with the transport of laundry to the organisational units of the Chorzow City Hospital Group at 11 Strzelców Bytomskich Street and 7 Władysława Truchana Street in Chorzow for a period of 36 months. 2. The subject of the contract is detailed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - OPZ, i.e. the requirements for the performance of the laundry service during the execution of the contract.
