The subject of the procedure is the provision of services for comprehensive winter maintenance of municipal roads in the area of Bujaków village in the 2026/2027 winter season. 2. The scope of the order includes municipal roads located in the area of Bujaków village, constituting one service implementation area. The total length of the roads covered by winter maintenance is 19.83 km, including: – roads maintained to III standard – 8.21 km, – roads maintained to IV standard – 9.92 km, – roads maintained to V standard – 1.70 km. 3. Comprehensive winter maintenance of roads (ZUD) means a set of organizational and technical actions aimed at ensuring road traffic safety and maintaining the passability of municipal roads by limiting and removing the effects of winter weather phenomena, in particular snowfall, black ice, post-snow slipperiness, freezing rain, snowdrifts and snowstorms. 4. The detailed scope of services, winter road maintenance standards, requirements regarding the manner of service performance, and the list of roads covered by the order are specified in the document entitled "Subject of the Order Description – Technical Documentation Specifying the Method and Standard of Performing Comprehensive Winter Maintenance Services for Municipal Roads in the Area of Porąbka Municipality in the 2026/2027 Winter Season", being Annex No. 1 to the Order Specification.
