CARAML is a software solution covering 3 major functionalities: - Management of COMBUSTIBLE SNCF stock transfers - Management of source sites (Refineries) and target sites (SNCF COMBUSTIBLE Stations) - Management of COMBUSTIBLE supply orders

The objective of the consultation is to re-tender the scope of the CARAML solution in order to cover needs beyond the current contractualisation. The services to be covered are the provision of a SaaS solution, its integration into the SNCF IT system and its maintenance. The additional scope of the ENERGOLD management solution is the subject of a mandatory PSE.
