The new building is to be erected on the area currently used as a parking lot on the Bussestraße. The construction project is to be implemented in one construction section. In the course of the planning, the planned execution in hybrid timber construction is to be taken into account. The construction costs (KG 300 / 400) amount to approx. 14.5 million € gross. The start of construction is planned for the IV quarter of 2030. The measure is to be implemented using the BIM method.
